As the ski season wraps up in the Vail Valley, data from the Vail Board of Realtors shows that inventory is increasing again in Eagle County.

In March, there were 234 active listings for single-family homes and duplexes, which was a 12% year-over-year increase. There were 233 active listings for townhouses and condominiums in March, a 37.9% jump from March of the previous year. Top March sales by LIV SIR brokers include a four-bedroom residence in the heart of Lionshead Village, which closed for $11,800,000. Just steps to the Eagle Bahn gondola for skiing or hiking, this Vail home features vaulted ceilings and oversized windows to maximize the sunshine and big mountain views. The new owners will enjoy the ultimate convenience of a private underground entrance as well as a large two-car garage, heated walkways, a dedicated ski gear room, and an elevator cart for mountain gear or groceries. A private hot tub overlooking Gore Creek is ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Matt Blake of LIV SIR handled both sides of the transaction.

Mitch Perry of LIV SIR represented the buyer for this five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the highly sought-after Singletree community, which closed for $4,900,000. With a prime location just up the street from the Sonnenalp Club for golf and fitness, this home’s beautifully updated kitchen and great room are bright and welcoming. Expansive ski mountain and golf course views and idyllic outdoor living spaces are perfect for hosting friends and enjoying sunny days in Edwards. A three-car garage, main floor primary suite and a private cul-de-sac round out the lengthy list of features.

A slopeside Beaver Creek residence represented by David McHugh and Heather Losa of LIV SIR closed for $3,985,000 with Barbara Gardner of LIV SIR representing the buyer.
