Martz, Yang, Burchenal, Pylman elected to Eagle River Water and Sanitation District board
Jeffrey Martz, Chuq Yang, Kate Burchenal, and Rick Pylman were elected to the four open seats on the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District board of directors in Tuesday’s election.
Martz won the only contested race in District 1 with 284 votes, topping Timm Paxson, who earned 257 votes.
Results are unofficial and official results will be available after the Canvass Board meets on May 13 to certify the election.
Martz and Yang (District 3) are newly elected to the board, while Burchenal (District 5) and Pylman (District 7) were re-elected. Each was elected to a four-year term.
